My name is Geneva Steele. I’m currently located in Cleveland, Ohio. I am rooted in the mysticism of my ancestry, through the Appalachian mountains, Eastern Europe, and Northern India. All of these cultures have separate and distinct relationships with the occult and the divine. I bring a blend of my histories.

In terms of spiritual practice, I am a pluralist. I believe all faiths have a piece of the truth, and we all are connected to divinity. How that divinity reaches out to us through the cards is unique to us, and I believe that we are only reached out to by the forces that we invite.

My practice is open to people of all faiths, and safe for my participants.

Experience

I’ve been practicing Tarot for over 15 years. I started offering my skills to others by request. I started out reading for myself, and then for friends. Soon enough I had a reputation strong enough that new people came to me asking if I could walk these reflections of fate with them.

I am honored and humbled by the privilege of that trust.

That trust is a precious gift. If you decide that you wish to give me that gift, I will walk this path with you. With faith. With vulnerability. With wholeheartedness.

Practice

My clients know that I only have one rule, and I repeat it before every reading.

Don’t ask the cards anything you don’t want to know.

I’ve found tarot to be wildly transparent. What I need to know, they will tell me. What I ask, they will answer truthfully.

I promise and guarantee that none of my readings or offerings use AI in any way, shape, or form. All readings are done by me personally, and all cards are pulled by my hands. All materials that you receive I craft myself. I see this practice as sacred and will always treat it as such.

I ask my clients to come with an open mind and heart. I treat everyone I work with in the utmost respect, and I ask the same of you. Warm discussion and curiosity, even skepticism are welcome. However, I reserve the right to deny service at any point. I am not interested in having discussions that are not in good faith.

By contracting my services, you agree to these terms:

Deposits are non-refundable. All payments must be made within 5 business days of the event or reading. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an event.

Nothing said during a reading is legal, financial, medical, or life advice. Actions taken based on a reading are the client’s own decision, and The Steele Mirror is in no way liable for any decisions made based on a reading.

This policy explains what information I collect when you visit this site or book a reading, what I do with it, and the choices you have. I’ve kept it short and plain on purpose.

What I Collect

Information you give me:

Your name and email address
Anything you put in a booking or intake form, such as your questions, the topic of your reading, and any background you choose to share
Messages you send me by email or text.
Payment details: payments are made through Venmo and Squarespace. I see your name, username, and payment amount, but I don’t see or store your card or bank details.

Information collected automatically:

Basic site data like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected by my website host, Squarespace.

Your Reading Questions and Notes

People often ask about relationships, health, money, or family. I treat those details as sensitive.

What I keep: your intake answers, my reading notes, and any PDF summary I send you.
Where it’s stored: My notes are stored on my password protected iPhone or password protected laptop. Only I can access it.
How long I keep it: 12 months after your reading, then I delete it.
Deletion: Fill out the form below and I’ll delete your intake answers and notes within 30 days. I may need to keep basic payment records for tax purposes.
Sharing: I don’t share the content of your reading with anyone. I won’t post or discuss it without your permission.

Why I Collect It and Who Sees It

I use your information to schedule and deliver your reading, send your summary, take payment, answer your questions, and keep records. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it for advertising.

I share it only with the service providers I rely on to run the business: Squarespace, Gmail, and Venmo. They can use it only to provide their services to me. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Email

If you join my mailing list, I’ll send the occasional email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and I’ll honor unsubscribes promptly. Booking a reading doesn’t automatically add you to the list.

This site is for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think I have, contact me and I’ll delete it.
